One of the reasons for which this ministry hasn’t being brought to a deadlock, is because we’re always looking to make better our ministry.

In our great search, we’ve found a failure in our ministry. To create real leaders. Men and women that act and think like leaders in times of adversity.

There is a great capacity of leaders between men and women of this church. The only thing that is missing is to develop that capacity.
This is the reason why we’re starting a series of courses about LEADERSHIP.
