1. We believe that the salvation only comes by repenting of our sins and putting faith in what Jesus Christ did on the cross.
2. We believe that good deeds come as a result of salvation, not as a requirement for salvation itself. Ephesians 2:8-10
3. We believe that salvation is a spiritual birth, therefore, it can’t be lost or you can’t “dis-borned”. John 1:12
4. We believe that baptism is only for believers and it is through water submersion. It is not for salvation, but it is a public statement of it. It’s an illustration of Christ’s death, burial and resurrection in which the believer rejects his beliefs and mistakes from the past and lives a new life. It is the first act of obedience. Mathew 3:15; 28:19; Romans 6:4-5; Acts 8:36-39.
5. We believe in the priesthood of the believer and that one has direct access to God and that we don’t need any other person in order to reach God. Hebrews 4:14-16; Peter 2:5; Revelation 1:6 1 Timothy 2:5.
6. We believe in the autonomy of the local church and that each church is “the” body of Christ. 1 Corinthians 12:27
7. We believe in the separation between the Church and the State, for there shouldn’t be involved in the earthly government, but to preach the gospel.
